I watched the whole thing and pulled out the frameworks that are actually worth your time, so you don't have to sit through the full thing yourself. The big idea is this: prompting is one small part of a much larger skill set. Anthropic breaks it down into four competencies. Interestingly the one people skill entirely is ‘discernment’, that's your human judgment telling you whether the AI actually did a decent job, or whether it's handed you a beautifully formatted hallucination. I walk through all four Ds, the three modes of AI use, and the description-to-discernment loop that, once you have it in your head, changes how you work with AI entirely. The course is free, but hopefully with this video I've saved you about an hour. —— Time Stamps —— 0:00 Welcome & Series Introduction1:12 The Big Takeaway: AI Skill Is More Than Just Prompting2:03 The Three Ways to Use AI: Automation, Augmentation & Agency3:36 The Four Ds Framework Explained4:29 D1: Delegation – What to Hand Off to AI vs Keep Yourself6:53 D2: Description – The RISEN Prompting Framework10:04 D3: Discernment – How to Spot AI Hallucinations13:47 The Description-to-Discernment Loop16:28 D4: Diligence – AI Ethics, Safety & Verification18:15 Final Takeaways & Why I Recommend This Course — Useful Resources —— Find everything else at https://aiwithkyle.com/ | 20m 34s

In this video I walk through the complete AI-powered content system that makes that possible, from morning topic selection via an AI agent, through voice-note prep and slide generation, to the content processing workflow that turns a single live stream transcript into 20-plus assets automatically. This isn't a pitch for going all-in day one. I also cover the minimum viable version for anyone who's not ready to livestream to five platforms simultaneously, including how to use AI to interview you instead, capture your voice and opinions, and still spin out a newsletter and short-form scripts without getting anywhere near a camera. The key principle throughout: the AI handles the boring infrastructure, you stay in for the parts that actually require a human. —— Time Stamps —— 0:00 Intro: How I Use AI to Become a Content Machine0:50 Why an Audience Is Non-Negotiable for Business2:06 Why Education Content Beats Entertainment4:12 What I Publish Every Single Day6:08 The AI Slop Problem: Don't Automate Everything7:40 The Full Workflow Overview12:19 Step 1: AI-Powered Topic Selection13:42 Step 2: Voice Notes to Slide Decks15:18 Live Streaming (and the AI Interview Alternative)17:44 Step 3: Transcripts to Newsletters & Articles19:14 Carousels, PDFs & 100+ Emails a Day20:56 Short Form Scripts & Where to Use AI23:27 The Self-Improving Feedback Loop24:46 Tools Don't Matter, Workflows Do (My Stack)26:56 How to Start Small Without Burning Out28:40 Why Your Humanity Becomes More Valuable & Outro — Useful Resources —— Find everything else at https://aiwithkyle.com/ | 30m 24s

The co-founder of Netscape, one of the sharpest minds in Silicon Valley, posted his custom ChatGPT instructions online and got absolutely roasted for it. Telling an AI it has "intellectual firepower on par with the smartest people in the world" doesn't make it smarter. Telling it to never hallucinate doesn't stop hallucinations. And asking for answers "as long and detailed as possible" just produces verbose nonsense that buries any actual value. His system prompt is stuck in 2023. In this video I fix it. We go through exactly what's broken in Andreessen's custom instructions and why, then build a system prompt from scratch using the RISEN(TM) framework — a structured approach to writing AI instructions that actually holds up in 2026. You'll learn why role declarations don't make AI smarter (but are still useful), why adjectives are useless without verbs, how to write custom instructions that change AI behaviour rather than just describe it, and how to define an end goal that stops your AI padding everything out. Whether you're using ChatGPT custom instructions or Claude's system prompt settings, this will change how you prompt. —— Time Stamps —— 0:00 Marc Andreessen's Viral System Prompt Is Getting Mocked Online1:14 Why "World-Class Expert in All Domains" Doesn't Work2:19 "Never Hallucinate" Is Not How AI Actually Works2:58 Tone, Provocative Answers, and Why "Bloviate" Padding Backfires3:54 The Anti-Sycophancy Trick That Actually Works5:39 System Prompts vs Conversational Prompts Explained6:13 How to Add Custom Instructions in ChatGPT and Claude8:03 The Role Declaration Myth (Ethan Mollick Research)10:41 Use Verbs, Not Adjectives, In Your Prompts11:39 Why "Think Step By Step" Is Outdated in 202614:07 You Can't Prompt Your Way Out of AI Hallucinations16:47 Why Asking for Long Detailed Answers Wastes Tokens18:49 The RISEN Prompt Engineering Framework Explained24:46 RISEN in Action: A Better Version of Marc's Prompt26:13 The Coffee Order Analogy: When NOT to Engineer Prompts28:18 Free Quick-Start Guide and Outro — Useful Resources —— Find everything else at https://aiwithkyle.com/ | 29m 03s

The nine-to-five used to be the low-risk option, the sensible, boring, reliable choice for anyone who didn't fancy betting everything on a business idea. That deal is off the table. AI is attacking your job at three levels simultaneously: the tasks inside your role, the company that employs you, and the industry you work in. Any one of those can collapse without warning, and most people are sitting there hoping it won't. I'd rather you got a bit annoyed at me now than blindsided later. The good news, and there is good news, is that entrepreneurship has never been more accessible or less intimidating than it is right now. I'm not talking about raising venture capital or moving to San Francisco. I'm talking about making your first quid from a stranger on the internet, building a small side income, and slowly rewiring your brain to understand that you can generate your own money. The short version is that the model itself matters less than you think. What OpenAI has done with 5.5 is build something that works exceptionally well inside a harness, and if you don't know what a harness is yet, that's exactly what this video covers. The concept is simple once you see it, and it changes how you think about every AI release from here on. We also get into Codex, why it's the most accessible entry point for anyone not spending serious money on Claude Code, and the quiet but very deliberate war OpenAI is picking with Anthropic over who actually gets to use these tools. There's also the small matter of Claude Code spending the entire month of March running at reduced intelligence, which Anthropic has now admitted was intentional. This isn't art generation or anything photorealistic. It's about what actually saves time and produces usable assets when you're running a business and need things to look good without hiring a designer every five minutes. The short version: ChatGPT won all five tests, which I genuinely wasn't expecting. What set it apart wasn't just image quality — it was consistency across sequential prompts, the ability to generate a functional QR code and embed it into a poster, and LinkedIn carousel slides that actually tell a story rather than vague abstract imagery. Imagen is still cheaper and faster via the API, so I'm not writing it off. They noticed. What started as a pricing page edit turned into a useful window into where AI costs are actually heading, so I put together a presentation on what's going on: why inference is now the bottleneck, how Jevons Paradox means cheaper tokens still lead to higher bills, and why the all-you-can-eat subscription model is living on borrowed time. The practical bit covers what you can actually do about it right now: Codex as a serious alternative (genuinely good, and embarrassingly generous with limits), local models via LM Studio if you're happy spending on hardware, and a set of prompting habits that will meaningfully reduce your token consumption without slowing your output. In this video I walk you through what the tool actually does, how to use it to design websites and app mockups from scratch or from an existing project, and why the "Figma is dead" crowd almost certainly don't use Figma. I cover the full workflow: connecting a GitHub repo, working with the built-in design system, adding inline comments, and iterating on designs the same way you would with a human designer. The honest bit: there are serious limitations. The usage limits are so aggressive I burned through my weekly allowance on one prompt while on the $200 plan, and every single output defaults to the same Anthropic oyster-cream colour palette that is going to become the new purple-gradient AI tell. I show you exactly how to fight that, including a skill pack that gives Claude Design nine alternative style directions so your work doesn't look like it was built by the same tool as everyone else's. On paper, it looks great. Anthropic's benchmarks even include their own unreleased Mythos model, which is a first, and Opus 4.7 holds up well against everything else out there. But the community is not having it. Reddit, Hacker News, the usual corners of the internet are all saying the same thing: this is basically the original 4.6 in a new coat of paint, conveniently arriving after weeks of 4.6 getting suspiciously dumber and hitting limits faster. The new tokenizer uses up to 35% more input tokens for the same content, which means "same price per token" is a bit of a magic trick when everything costs more tokens. They've also replaced extended thinking with adaptive reasoning, which auto-routes your queries to different effort levels. Sound familiar? It's exactly what OpenAI did with GPT-5, and everyone hated that too. The bigger picture here is one most people don't want to hear. Anthropic doesn't really want individual users. Their revenue is surging because of enterprise and API sales, not people on the $20 a month plan. They're reportedly hitting a $30 billion run rate, possibly overtaking OpenAI, and nearly all of that comes from businesses paying thousands a day in API costs. So when we complain about limits and sneaky cost increases, it's worth remembering we're not the customer they're building for. Intelligence is getting more expensive, not cheaper, at least for now. The days of unlimited access to frontier models for a flat monthly fee are properly behind us. —— Time Stamps —— 0:00 Claude Opus 4.7 Launch: Community Reaction & Early Verdict05:36 Adaptive Reasoning Removed: A Step Backward for Power Users08:31 The Hidden Price Hike: New Tokenizer Costs Explained11:21 MRCR Benchmark Drop: What Anthropic Didn't Tell You13:52 Usage Limits & Safeguards: Getting Worse, Not Better16:16 Anthropic's Real Priority: Enterprise Over Individual Users18:40 The Brutal Truth: AI Is Getting More Expensive21:13 How to Survive the Token Crunch: Practical Usage Tips —— More Useful Resources —— Find everything else at https://aiwithkyle.com/ | 27m 02s

That's the bit that used to scare people off. You'd hear about Claude Code, try the terminal install guide, see a wall of curl commands, and quietly back out of the room. Now it works more like Lovable or Bolt, where you chat on one side and watch your project come to life on the other. So I thought I'd do a proper beginner's walkthrough for anyone who's been hovering near Claude Code without actually pressing the button. I take you from zero: downloading the app, starting a new local session, creating a folder, talking to Claude about what you want to build, all the way through to the preview pane and the new element selector that lets you point at a bit of the page and say "this looks terrible, fix it." —— Time Stamps —— 0:00 Claude Code for Beginners: New Desktop App Makes It Easy1:27 Inside the Claude Desktop App: Chat, Cowork & Code Explained2:35 Setting Up Your First Claude Code Project from Scratch4:33 Talking to Claude Code: Voice Input & Describing Your Build6:34 Claude Code's New Preview Pane: See Your App in Real Time7:35 Iterating with Claude Code: Giving Feedback & Fixing Errors9:48 Full Step-by-Step Recap: How to Use Claude Code Today11:31 Closing Thoughts & Where to Find the Community —— More Useful Resources —— Find everything else at https://aiwithkyle.com/ | 12m 14s

In this episode I walk through what it means to go from simply chatting with AI to building entire teams of agents that work for you in parallel, check each other's work, and keep running while you sleep. Anthropic quietly released a managed agents platform with a graphical interface that makes this dramatically more accessible than it used to be. No terminal commands, no SDK setup, just a chat window where you describe what you want and it builds the agent for you. I give you a full walkthrough of how to set it up, configure environments, and start thinking in systems rather than individual prompts. I also dig into the bigger picture of what this means for entrepreneurs and businesses. Anthropic leaked what looks like a Lovable competitor, which signals that the big AI companies are now willing and able to replicate indie SaaS products in a weekend. That squeeze on mid-market founders is real and it's coming fast. On the flip side, if you're the person who learns to orchestrate these agent teams, you go from being one individual to effectively running a small company. The skill that matters now isn't prompt engineering, it's management. Turns out all those years of leading teams and thinking about systems might be the most valuable thing you bring to AI. —— Time Stamps —— 0:00 What Is AI Orchestration and Why It Matters3:33 The Restaurant Analogy: Users vs Builders5:22 Cowork vs OpenClaw vs Managed Agents Compared7:28 Getting Started with Claude Managed Agents9:02 Always-On Persistent AI: The 2026 Shift10:37 Why Parallel Processing Beats Sequential Agents11:15 The New No-Code Quickstart Interface12:32 Live Demo — Building an AI News Scraper Agent16:06 Configuring Environments and Running Sessions18:36 Iterating and Improving Your Agent20:10 Anatomy of a Managed Agent: Model, Sandbox and Tools21:55 Multi-Agent Systems: Managers and Sub-Agents23:33 How to Develop Systems Thinking Skills26:35 Business Use Cases: Products, Operations and Consulting29:54 Summary and Next Steps —— More Useful Resources —— Find everything else at https://aiwithkyle.com/ | 31m 42s

The headline is that Mythos can find and exploit zero-day vulnerabilities in every major operating system and browser. A sandboxed version that wasn't supposed to have internet access somehow found its way out and emailed a researcher while he was eating a sandwich in a park. Security researchers are saying they've found more bugs in a few weeks with Mythos than in their entire careers. Is some of this marketing ahead of Anthropic's IPO? Probably. But the exploits are being independently verified by the companies whose systems got cracked open, so there's clearly something real at the core of this. Instead of releasing Mythos publicly, Anthropic have launched Project Glasswing, a consortium giving early access to companies like Microsoft, Apple, Google, AWS and others so they can patch their systems before this kind of capability hits the wild. Think of it as handing a skeleton key to every locksmith in the world before announcing that the old locks are broken. Whether or not this qualifies as AGI is, frankly, a bit of a distraction. What matters is what it can functionally do, and right now it can make a mockery of security systems that have been trusted for decades. Even if Mythos itself never goes public, the capability will be replicated and distilled within months. It's the engine behind everything I've built over the last two years, taking the business from absolute zero to mid six figures. The core idea is simple: social media is rented land, your email list is an owned asset. I break down how I pick trending topics, shoot short conversion videos, and use ManyChat alongside Claude Cowork to automate the whole thing across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and LinkedIn. I also showed how I use AI to generate lead magnets and landing pages daily without them feeling like generic rubbish, and how Spark Loop lets you earn money the moment someone subscribes. Charged businesses a couple of thousand quid a month, locked them into six-month contracts, and handed over PDFs that looked impressive but were, honestly, a bit of a black box. That entire model is now dead, and I say that with zero nostalgia. Today I walked through a free Claude Code skill called Claude SEO that runs a full technical audit, content analysis, keyword gap strategy, and AI search optimisation on your entire website. The same work that would cost tens of thousands a year from an agency took about 50 minutes on my site and cost me nothing beyond a Claude Pro subscription. The real magic is what happens after the audit. You feed the findings back into Claude Code, have it build a prioritised implementation plan, and then schedule it to chip away at fixes overnight. Title tags, header hierarchy, schema markup, meta descriptions, the lot. It just quietly gets on with it while you sleep and presents a little report in the morning. I also covered why SEO still matters in the age of AI, how Google indexing directly affects whether you show up in ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude, and why blocking AI crawlers from your site is probably a mistake. Sora is officially dead, pulled before it even launched in most of the world, and that billion dollar Disney deal has collapsed with it. The internal message at OpenAI is clear: stop the side quests, start making money. They're pivoting hard toward API revenue and enterprise clients, essentially copying Anthropic's playbook after watching them generate comparable revenue with a fraction of the users. Shopping features are getting reworked, flashy consumer toys are being shelved, and researchers are being told to put down the fun projects and focus on profitability. It's a sensible business move, but it does make OpenAI a little less interesting. Meanwhile, Anthropic have been on an absolute tear. Since January alone they've shipped Cowork, Opus 4.6, Excel and PowerPoint integration, a million token context window, Claude Code channels, and just yesterday, full computer use. That last one is particularly spicy because it means Claude can now click around your screen, open programs, and do tasks as if it were sitting at your desk. Someone in my chat pointed out the obvious implication: if you work from home, you could technically outsource your own job to Claude before your employer does it for you. As of last night, Claude can now take full control of your Mac, not just Chrome, not just a sandboxed virtual machine, but your actual computer. It opens apps, navigates your file system, clicks around desktop software, the lot. If you've been following Open Claw, this is essentially that functionality baked directly into the Claude ecosystem, minus the terminal setup, minus the security headaches, minus the afternoon you'd lose tinkering instead of working. You toggle it on in the desktop app and you're away. I've been playing with it all morning and it's genuinely impressive how seamless it feels. What's really striking though is the pace Anthropic are shipping at right now. Two or three features a week since January. Cowork, Opus 4.6, dispatch, channels, remote control, scheduled tasks, computer use, it's relentless. Meanwhile Open Claw's creator has been hired by OpenAI and we've seen precisely nothing from that side. Perplexity Computer costs $200 a month and just got made redundant overnight. Brilliant. Now what? That's the bit nobody talks about. Everyone's showing you how to build the thing, but the moment you want actual humans to use it, pay for it, and not have their passwords stored in a spreadsheet, you need a proper stack. Today I walked through every tool I use to go from a half-baked idea to a live, deployed, money-making web app. GitHub, Supabase, Vercel, Stripe, Resend, Beehive, PostHog. The full lot. I explained what each one does, why you need it, and crucially, the order you should set them up in. The best part is nearly all of it is free to start. You only begin paying once thousands of people are actually using what you've built, which is a very good problem to have. I'm running a six-figure business and my entire tech stack costs me about a hundred dollars a month. That's an absurd margin. Whether you're using Lovable, Google AI Studio Build Mode, or Claude Code, this is the roadmap for turning your proof of concept into something real. Anthropic dropped a massive study where they interviewed 81,000 Claude users about how they actually feel about AI, and the results are fascinating. Nearly 19% said AI hasn't delivered what they expected, with my favourite quote being "AI should be cleaning windows and emptying the dishwasher so I can paint and write poetry." Instead, it's doing the painting and the poetry. The data also shows a clear global divide: developing nations are overwhelmingly optimistic about AI while the West is increasingly nervous, which makes perfect sense when you think about who has the most to lose. I also got hands on with Claude's new Dispatch feature, which lets you message your always-on computer from your phone and have Cowork handle tasks while you're out. It's basically Open Claw for grownups, doing 90% of what made that tool exciting but in a much more secure package. Anthropic have been shipping features at a ridiculous pace and they're clearly stitching Claude Chat, Cowork and Code into one coherent system. Plus, a reality check for anyone moving from ChatGPT to Claude and hitting usage limits: Anthropic's real business is the API, not the $20 consumer plan, and that's not changing anytime soon. —— Time Stamps —— 0:00 Intro: Claude and Anthropic Are Killing It0:34 Anthropic's 81,000 Person AI Study Explained5:00 What 81,000 People Actually Want From AI8:08 Is AI Actually Delivering on Its Promises?12:44 AI Accessibility: Changing Lives for Disabled Users14:45 What People Worry About: AI Hallucinations and Reliability16:25 AI Job Displacement: Why This Time Is Different17:56 Existential Risk and the AI Optimist vs Pessimist Debate20:03 Global AI Sentiment: Why Developing Nations Love AI23:24 Claude Dispatch and Cowork: OpenClaw for Grownups29:42 Dispatch vs Remote Control: What's the Difference?30:15 Is Any Job Future Proof?
