About this episode

This session explores coping mechanisms for normal life, the equality of relationships, and the importance of self-harmony.

In this, the third session in Module Three, we look deeper into what it is that helps us cope well with the reality of 'normal life'. From Matthew 5:37 and let your yes be yes and your no be no, all the way to assessing the equality of our relationships from a perspective of avoiding looking down on someone or looking up to them.Another aspect of this video is from 1 Peter 2:15, which encourages us to trust that our own behaviour is the best way to influence others around us. Another important aspect of this session is from Mark 3 and verse 25. Taking this idea that a house divided against itself cannot stand, we bring the idea that you, as a house yourself, should be concentrating on being in harmony with yourself first and foremost.
