As we step into this new year, let’s take a moment to appreciate that we’re here. Some didn’t make it through 2024, and that makes this moment even more significant. No matter what resolutions or goals we did or didn’t achieve last year, the fact remains—we’re still here, ready to take on 2025. And that’s what truly matters. ### How Can We Make 2025 Even Better? The key to a great year isn’t about making sweeping resolutions or drastic changes. Instead, focus on two things: 1. Keep doing what works. 2. Let go of what doesn’t. One powerful way to ensure success is accountability . When we’re accountable, we’re far more likely to achieve our goals. For example, when my family recently moved house, we set up deadlines by inviting friends over just days after the move. Knowing people were coming motivated us to unpack quickly, tidy up, and make the house presentable. The same principle applies to fitness, health, or any goal.
