Clark is the Managing Director in Human Capital Consulting at Deloitte. She has over 20 years of experience working with clients from various industries and sectors as an executive coach and advisor. Before Deloitte, she was a partner and practice leader at Monitor Group. Erin believes that leadership can activate human potential and lead to thriving people, organizations, and communities. She received her MBA from the Harvard Business School and her BS in Economics from the University of Utah.

He spent several years as a senior editor & writer at ESPN before leaving his full-time position in 2005 to take on his current roles with the McKay Center.
