She received her undergraduate and medical degrees from the University of Tennessee and completed her OBGYN residency training at Duke University. Throughout her time at Emory, she has cared for high-risk obstetrics patients at Grady Memorial Hospital, including a specialized high-risk obstetrics clinic for pregnant individual living with HIV.
