Oh boy! A lot has been going on in the Canal household! The twins are 14 months old! Can you believe it?! Teeth are coming in, we STILL have our morning snuggles and routine, and both are LOVING the swimming pool. Ariella is the queen of the household (or so she thinks); meanwhile, Alejandro is Mr. Independent wanting to do things on his own. We had the twins go through some sleep training, and it has been a MAJOR difference. We are in the one nap-a-day phase, so we have been adjusting to a new schedule. One of the twins is like the cookie monster and eats SOO fast, while the other enjoys french fries and avocado. Can you guess who likes what? Hey Ladies! Welcome to the Bridal Series! In this episode I sit down with my former EBJ Brides, Kayla Quintana. There were so many hurdles with giving Kayla and her now husband the wedding of their dreams. First, it started off with an unexpected change in their venue with so many restrictions. My team and I found a list of new venues for her to have her wedding. Kayla was supposed to have a larger wedding with over 200 guests, but due to COVID she had a smaller guest size. BUT that meant we can add more decor, dessert, and add a photo booth instead. Second, the flowers were not delivered correctly however, we had a last minute flower delivery fiasco. I then became a florist to put the final pieces together! BUT that's not all. The transportation services got lost with grandma on the bus. We can't start a wedding WITHOUT grandma! It rained SO hard while they were setting up the chairs, tables and linens even though we didn't expect rain (even in December in South Florida). At this point I became a drill sergeant! Alejandra FINALLY had her Wedding Ceremony, and it was AMAZING! Alejandra and her love married a year after their set wedding date and had their date rescheduled TWICE. Despite the setbacks, their wedding day was gorgeous. Picture this… cool weather (in south Florida), a nice breeze for pictures, and guests who arrived from different places who felt safe.
