In this long awaited episode, Lauren begins to tell her story of her descent into the shadow, into the unconscious and the underworld -- the part of the soul evolution where you are called to face your own shadow and the parasitic and dense forces that live within and around us. Lauren talks about her relationship with the retreat facilitator, as well as two other potent connections involving sorcery, witchcraft and the dark entanglements around platonic and romantic love that she had to navigate, understand and work through.
