Satan wasn't finished harassing Christ's church, whether it was via persecution (involving prison, war, and death), or old heresies in new clothing, or finally personality conflicts within. Lutheranism doesn't evolve over time. By the grace of God, it returns to the source (the Scriptures) again and again, finding there true strength and unity.
