This week, we continued our Finding Joy series with “Joy in Humility.” Through Philippians 2, we were reminded that Jesus is our greatest example of humility. He humbled Himself, served others, and was obedient to the point of death on a cross. Because of this, every knee will bow and every tongue will confess that Jesus Christ is Lord. True joy is found when we take on the mindset of Christ, walk in unity, serve others, and choose humility over selfish ambition. Humility is a choice, not just a feeling, and as we follow Jesus’ example, God works in us and through us.
