Pay attention to your energy levels and don’t overcommit. Listen to your body for yes/no Tend to your mental and physical health- tune in daily and act accordingly. Cultivate positive anticipation Let things go and take it one day at a time. BE HERE NOW Self-care is anything that you do for yourself that feels nourishing. It requires checking in with yourself and asking yourself how you’re doing and what your body’s asking for. Everyone’s definition of self care is unique. Before he passed away in August of that last year, he was planning his next seminar for Jan 2016. He was going to revisit his book on the Tao. THIS IS WHAT HE WAS GOING TO TALK ABOUT NEXT.
