Hello Makkale, I hope all are doing fine. We actually recorded this episode the week after the movie was released, however, due to my personal engagements couldn't release it at that time. But, I'm glad that I'm releasing it this week especially when the movie has premiered on Amazon Prime. In this episode, I had two guests Sanjeev and Vignesh with me who shed so much light on so many things. In this episode, we discussed: What was the expectation when the movie was announced? Iranian films are known to take a simple idea and get that out to be a beautiful movie. On that line, the White Baloon by Prolific Director Jafar Panahi (This is also his Debut film) takes a simple tale of a girl wanting to buy a fish where the Director explores the inherent nature of human kindness and the trivial (Or is it?) issue of a child wanting to buy a fish.  We had Senthil, who runs the Madras Film Screen Club along with his friends as a guest, where he talks about Iranian cinema in general, Abbas Kiarostami, and many things about this movie.
