About this episode

Cpl. Ryan Garza shares his incredible journey as a Marine and his experiences overcoming injuries from IED attacks.

Today, we have Cpl. Ryan Garza, USMC (Ret) joining us to tell his absolutely incredible story through his years as a Marine. Cpl. Garza was hit twice by IED attacks, and substantially injured his right leg from the blast. During our conversation, you'll hear how he became a mine sweeper in Afghanistan for the Marine Corps and how he found comfort after returning home. Ryan completed a 14er mountain climb and showed us that nothing can stop a dedicated person.
