Aylin is a Coaching and Organisational Psychologist with experience in positive psychology, employee engagement, leadership development, talent management and organisational development. Aylin is also an experienced coach and facilitator who has worked with a range of clients to set goals and achieve positive outcomes in areas such as leadership development, career transition, and personal wellbeing. Aylin draws on a wide repertoire of tools and evidence-based theories to meet her client’s needs for change, including solution-focused, systemic, and cognitive-behavioural approaches.
