What is a women's circle?

The episode explores the concept of women's circles and the personal experiences associated with them.

Essentially I guess it’s just women sitting in a circle? But if you’ve been in one you know it’s more than that. Here’s where things get a bit tricky: I can tell you what women’s circle is to me, how it is for me and what I experience, but every circle is different depending on the person running it or holding space. So in the spirit of that, I’ll simply share what women’s circle is like in my experience. Other circles run by different women will be different to this and I think it’s important for a participant to feel a synergy with the person running the circle for it to “work”.
