They target high-growth markets, directly benefiting American farmers and ranchers by opening doors for exports amid a record trade deficit. On the domestic front, USDA revealed April 2026 lending rates via the Farm Service Agency, with direct farm operating loans at a favorable 4.750% and ownership loans at 5.750%, effective April 1st.
