UCP ermöglicht eine vollständige Customer Journey direkt innerhalb von KI-Interfaces wie dem Google AI Mode oder Gemini: 🔍 Produktrecherche 🛒 Kauf & Checkout 🎁 Sonderlogiken wie Bonuspunkte oder individuelle Preise 📦 Retourenmanagement 💬 Support & After-Sales Und das alles ohne klassischen Onlineshop als zentrale Oberfläche . Shopify geht dabei noch einen Schritt weiter und kündigt einen komplett neuen Agentic Plan an: Ein Setup, bei dem Händler keinen eigenen Shop mehr betreiben , sondern Shopify als " Middleware" zwischen Drittsystemen und AI-Interfaces fungiert. Commerce wird damit endgültig entkoppelt von klassischen Storefronts.
