Most Executives are Making a BiG Mistake

About this episode
The episode discusses the importance of executives adapting to AI to maintain relevance in their roles.
Most executives say, “I’ll get to it when I have time.” You won’t. While you wait, someone younger and more visible is learning it now. And they’re staying in the conversation. This isn’t about becoming technical. It’s about relevance. When you understand AI well enough to speak the language, to show adaptation, to lead with context, you stay in the room. When you don’t, decisions start happening around you. AI isn’t someone else’s job anymore. It’s part of how leaders reinvent themselves. The real question is simple: Are you adapting, or hoping this passes?
