The anime production keeps growing exponentially, someday it will swallow us all like an unescapable flood of expanding spray foam. The crew is watching so much anime that we need a full cast to even scratch the surface of what is available. We have daemons, witches, lovers, haters, obtuse comedy, none obtuse comedy! Plus our usual slate of "what fresh hell is this" news and recommendations of good things to make up for it. What are you watching this season?

It's that time! The time of remembrance, and regret. That's right, it's the TOP TEN of 2025 Episode! Will we survive to see the top ten of 2026... who knows! Kestrel, Cain, Brandon, and Mark are gonna talk about their highs of the anime year and share some submitted lists as well. Who came out on top? Well, you'll just have to listen to find out because I didn't put the series in the chapter marks!

None of us can escape the grim specter of our times. Consolidation, Tech Bros, and the coming apocalypse to finish us all off. Not even our beloved anime can avoid all this bullshit. Can art and anime survive corporate greed, audience apathy, and cynicism? Don't worry, it isn't all doom and gloom in this episode. We just need to get the latest news out of the way before we all slip into Holiday hibernation. Things do be falling around anime land. The usual crew arrives ready to discuss the fall 2025 season of anime. Yup, we're talking about Weekly Shonen Jump, the long running manga publication which has brought the world the juggernauts of shonen manga! From Dragonball to Jojo's to One Piece, Jump has been a hit maker for decades. Yet with the end of One Piece somewhere on the horizon, is there anything that could possibly carry that torch?
