About this episode
This episode explores why Jesus used parables in his teachings and their significance in understanding the kingdom of heaven.
Everyone loves a story of one kind or another. Jesus was a master story teller (parable teller) and Jesus' sermon in Matthew 13 includes several stories. Each story illustrates the statement: “The kingdom of heaven is like…”. Why use stories if people can't understand their meaning; or can they? Join us and we'll find out this morning why Jesus used parables as we live out kingdom life together for God's glory.
