She’s joined by CenterSquare Advisory Board member Joe Gyourko, Martin Bucksbaum Professor of Real Estate, Finance and Business & Public Policy at Wharton who has served as the Director of the Zell/Lurie Real Estate Center and is currently a Nonresident Senior Fellow at the Brookings Institution and a research associate at the National Bureau of Economic Research. Uma and Joe walk through the history that led us to the housing affordability problems we currently face and discuss some of the tactics that could alleviate the pressure on the housing market.
