This episode tells the remarkable story of Brooks and Nina Buser —who brought Scripture to a tribe of former cannibals that had never heard (or read) the name of Jesus. Over the course of a decade, they learned the language from scratch, developed a written alphabet, taught literacy for the first time, and translated the Bible—culminating in the birth of the YembiYembi church as the Gospel took root. After years in the jungle, Brooks now leads Radius International —a training ground often called “the Navy SEALs of missionaries.” In this episode, he joins Rebecca to share what he learned from bringing God’s Word to the unreached.
