📝 This Thanksgiving, we’re stepping into one of the most astonishing moments of God’s providence in early American history. 🍂✨The Pilgrims were grieving a brutal winter, weakened, hungry, and unprepared for a land they didn’t know. Yet God was already arranging provision they couldn’t see. 🙏🌅That provision arrived through a Native American man named Squanto—a man who endured kidnapping, enslavement, forced travel across oceans, and the devastating loss of his entire tribe. 💔⛓️🌍History doesn’t record his motives. But it does record his actions: Squanto stepped toward the Pilgrims with generosity, teaching them how to grow food, fish, and survive. His kindness helped an entire community endure. 🌽🐟🤝This episode reflects on how Squanto’s service stands in contrast to the bitterness his suffering could have produced.
