If you've ever been pregnant or currently going through it now... IYKYK!!! Pregnancy nausea is real and can be very severe for some people. Plus the term "morning sickness" is so deceiving because it truly lasts all day. Although I'm lucky enough to have only had nausea for a few weeks in the beginning of my pregnancy, it still SUCKED going through it. So I want to share some tips I learned that helped me manage the nausea as much as possible!
