When designing (or dreaming about) the ideal main suite of a home, the goal is to cultivate a space that is comfortable and functional. Over the years we've seen plenty of celebrities buy and sell second homes in the same city as their primary residence. Lebron James has simultaneously owned homes in the tony Los Angeles enclaves of Brentwood and Beverly Hills. Leonardo DiCaprio has a long history of doing real estate deals all over LA, from Malibu to Los Feliz. Now, Kylie Jenner is the latest A-lister to put her "spare" LA home up for sale. Summer is closer than ever, and on HGTV that means a return to the shore for another season of "Battle on the Beach." We thoroughly enjoyed the first season of this home renovation competition show, and we weren't alone. Last year, it was watched by more than 13 million viewers. So you can only imagine how excited we were to meet three new teams of competitors and see them flip three identical beach houses with the help of their HGTV mentors Ty Pennington, Taniya Nayak, and Alison Victoria. This week, the teams tackled the kitchen and dining areas in their respective beach houses.
