His payroll journey commenced through an apprenticeship, and it's evident that Daniel is thoroughly enjoying the experience. Integrating his passion for gaming and graphic design into his role, Daniel adds a unique flair to his work within the payroll domain.

Tiffany and Melanie had the pleasure of meeting Jo Marshall - a UK Trainer and Consultant - for this episode of the Humans of Payroll podcast. Jo shares her passion for Payroll and discusses the UK’s complex Payroll nuances and the things every employer should know to ensure that they are not caught out by HMRC. As a trainer and advocate for the Payroll Apprenticeship scheme Jo believes, like many in our industry, that we need to promote Payroll and encourage the younger generation to join. Tiffany and Mel met with Katie Linstead, the Lead Product Manager for Troncmasters, for this engaging episode. We all understand that payroll is ever-changing and the industry must keep up with the way that businesses evolve over the years.
