Jonathan Passmore is a UK-based chartered psychologist and accredited coach and supervisor. He holds five degrees, including an MBA and a doctorate in occupational psychology, and three professional qualifications. He holds professorship titles at Henley Business School, University of Reading, UK, and the University of Évora, Portugal. His doctoral research focused on the coaching relationships and coach behaviours and led to the development of the Integrated Coaching model, published in 2007. His current research interests include AI and coaching, digital coaching, the potential and risks of Coachbots, diversity, coaching ethics, coach impact, and evaluation.
