Do you hate yourself? I remember when I needed to ask myself this question, not because I truly did, but I wasn't respecting myself enough to care for me or take care of me. As I'm getting older, I'm learning how to put myself first without doubting my intuition. I know myself best and it won't hurt to love on me a little more.
