About this episode
Fr. Stephen Jones discusses how Catholics can improve their approach to confession by taking charge of their habits.
Another late one... moving is a pain. But between 4 hours on the road and two computer crashes, I finally managed to get something recorded. Do you remember a time where someone gave you a life hack and it changed your perspective and made your life better? I think we could use some of that as catholics. We tend to practice our faith like children unless we intentionally take charge of shaping our habits. Here is some sound advice on how we might do that with confession. Intro and outro is "Hope to Find" by Beach Lights.
