Everyone knows that I love to go on my adventures and I loved using my Southwest credit card to earn points so I could fly for free.but with all these changesI doubt I'll be flying that often. I do know that I will bepaying more close attention to other Airlines and trying to find the better deal. Southwest Airlines was a leader in the industry about customer service and from what I see they could care less about customers anymore.
