A Sabbath Well Spent
From Knockbain Free Church of Scotland by Rev. Murdo Campbell
May 3, 2026 · 60 min
About this episode
This episode discusses the true meaning of Sunday as a day of love and rest in Jesus, rather than a day of policing others' actions.
There's a stereotypical view that Christians like to police others about how they spend their Sunday. The truth is that today, Sunday, is the Lord's Day which is a day to show our love to the Lord and others. It's not about padlocks or protests but rather it's all about a Holy Holiday, a Holy Hunger and a Holy Healing. If you've not been to church for a while, why not come and find rest in Jesus...you'll find it is a Sunday well spent!
