Ok, what about this one… if a deal is made between 3 people regarding 10mil worth of real estate in their parents estate plan, does the deal exist if it is not in writing? Most small deals should be in writing; however, Alllll big deals, especially those related to real estate and estate planning should be in writing. I'm fired up about this because I recently spoke with two brothers who had been introduced to me by a CPA here in my local area. The brothers are in a major tough spot.
