When they feel seen, supported and not judged, they’re more willing to contribute, take risks and be themselves. I saw this clearly in my own career. The moments I excelled weren’t when pressure was highest, but when I knew someone had my back and I could operate without fear. The same applies in schools and in business. When safety exists, ideas flow. When it doesn’t, people hold back.
