I know it's been a while, my friends and I appreciate your patience while I've been taking a much-needed pause. I have promised honest and authentic conversations with you on the podcast, and I am still committed to giving that to you. On May 13, 2022, my incredible husband, soulmate, and best friend John Barron passed away. Although my heart is broken and my grief is deep and painful, I feel ready to share our story - and most importantly, his story.
