This summer, the PCA general assembly meets. Unfortunately, the Report from MNA, Mission to North America, has self-reported a major problem related to donor-restricted gifts to support the victims of named storms. These gifts did not always go to the victims of storms as they were promised, but instead were used to buttress other MNA funding issues, including the support short-falls of senior level leaders. This does not look good!
