Heather explains her nutrition guide and her six-week Elevate program with at-home workouts, meal plans, and a supportive community. We talk about giving yourself grace during different life phases, learning that calorie deficit doesn't mean starving yourself, and how showing up for yourself (even if it's just 50% some days) compounds over time.
