So let's take the next few minutes and give your nervous system a break. Let's find some peace together. Go ahead and get comfortable wherever you are right now. If you're sitting, plant your feet flat. If you're lying down, let your arms rest by your sides. There's no perfect position here, just honest. Take a moment and notice what you're sitting on, feeling the support underneath you. The earth, the couch, the bed, the floor—it's all holding you up right now. And that's kind of beautiful when you think about it. Now let's settle the breath. Breathe in slowly through your nose for a count of four. Hold it for just a moment. Then exhale through your mouth, nice and easy, like you're fogging a mirror. Do that again. In through the nose, four counts. Out through the mouth. There you go…
