Simon and Donna speak with Lucy Hill and discuss the results of the YA Survey on spiritual formation. The formation of faith often happens in the everyday things of life. How can the church cultivate an atmosphere that promotes growth and depth, and what spaces are we creating to facilitate this? Lucy, originally hails from Belfast but now lives in Dublin with her husband Ross and 3 daughters. She is co-leads a church community and serves as National Director of 24/7 Prayer Ireland. She is passionate about seeing young leaders equipped and especially seeing young women released to lead in the church in Ireland. Lucy also serves on the board of Tearfund Ireland and has a post grad in Theology.
