In this episode I discuss how managing motherhood is more about moving through it and learning along the way. We don't really manage mothehood, motherhood manages us. Society often silences the struggles of mothers, but it's important to have support and express our true feelings about motherhood some days. It's okay to have regrets and struggles in motherhood. To navigate motherhood, it's important to let go of mom guilt, remove codependency, and embrace imperfections. Creating space and finding a community for moms who haven't had a great experience is crucial.
