Introducing Nana Hannah imagination adventures! Where my own little ones, Eli and Hazel, help me create a bedtime story on the spot with silly and fun prompts. In these improvised children's stories, Eli and Hazel help choose the characters and the place where our adventure begins, and then we build the story together, piece by piece, using our imaginations!In this episode we follow a fairy named Lilis who helps an angry bear find his favourite book and banana! We begin with a short child-friendly meditation, then jump into our story, and when each character is tucked up into bed sleeping, the episode fades into calm meditation music with nature sounds, then white noise, helping your little ones drift off to sleep.These episodes are a bit silly and a bit fun, and I hope you enjoy them!
