MTHFR is a Gene transcription error with an estimated 44% of people having it. That would be no big deal if it didn't directly affect your health in BIG ways. Finding out I have this issue, I'm having to learn more, and it's not fun. I thought an episode about it might be a starting point for some and prove to be somewhat useful.
