Diyor has spent a lot of her time exploring the outdoors in her own way. She's gotten into hiking and traveling more recently, and now it's a part of her routine and something that grounds her. She's not the typical outdoorsy person, but she's learned that you don't have to fit a certain mold to belong outside. And now she spends her days preaching that online as @planetdiyor 💚

In this episode we talk about having an aversion to bugs, the beauty of Iceland, prioritizing nature time in daily life, looking up, & more! 🌥️Jana Brooks is the Customer Experience Manager for Visit Baltimore, the convention and visitor bureau of her hometown Baltimore, MD, and is the owner of Forward Minded Management, her sustainability and event consultancy. Previously, she was the Operations Manager for the newly modernized CFG Bank Arena, and prior to that, Jana was the Manager of Events and Tenant Services for the Maryland Stadium Authority. There she was in charge of overhauling the sustainability efforts across the Complex which led to LEED Gold and Silver statuses for Oriole Park and the Warehouse, respectively. Jana is a member of the US Green Building Council (USGBC) Maryland chapter amongst other organizations and earned her LEED Green Associate designation in June 2023.
