Public sector oil companies on Monday kept Aviation Turbine Fuel prices unchanged for domestic flights for the second consecutive month, providing relief to Indian airlines amid the West Asia conflict, while jet fuel prices for international flights were reduced by about 27 per cent. Meanwhile, India’s Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement with Oman came into effect, giving most Indian exports duty-free access to the Omani market. Commerce Minister Piyush Goyal said the agreement would boost trade, services and labour-intensive sectors, and also noted that India and the US were close to finalising the first phase of a Bilateral Trade Agreement. Separately, Myanmar President Min Aung Hlaing held talks with Prime Minister Narendra Modi in New Delhi, focusing on trade, security, connectivity and regional cooperation. Tune In!
