ワールドカップがアメリカ、メキシコ、カナダの3か国（さんかこく）で行（おこな）われていますが、みなさんはどれくらい見（み）ていますか？日本人（にほんじん）は結構（けっこう）ワールドカップやサッカーが好（す）きな人（ひと）が多（おお）いので、かなり盛（も）り上（あ）がっています。私（わたし）はあまり気（き）にしていないので詳（くわ）しくは知（し）らないのですが、とらくんがワールドカップ好（ず）きなので、いろいろと調（しら）べてくれました。興味（きょうみ）がある人（ひと）はもちろん、私（わたし）でも分（わ）かるくらいなので、サッカーに興味（きょうみ）がない人（ひと）でも一応（いちおう）分（わ）かる内容（ないよう）になっています（笑）。とらくんのワールドカップ・サッカー解説（かいせつ）、お楽（たの）しみください（笑）。The World Cup is being held across three countries: the United States, Mexico, and Canada. How much have you been watching?In Japan, a lot of people really enjoy the World Cup and football, so there’s been quite a lot of excitement.I personally haven’t been following it that closely, so I don’t know much about it. But Tora loves the World Cup, so he looked up a lot of information for us.Of course, this episode is for people who are interested in football, but Tora explains it clearly enough that even I can understand it. オーストラリアの生徒（せいと）さんが選挙（せんきょ）のお手伝（てつだ）いをしているということから、オーストラリアの選挙（せんきょ）のやり方（かた）を知（し）りました。日本（にほん）とは投票（とうひょう）の仕方（しかた）が全然（ぜんぜん）違（ちが）うことに驚（おどろ）きました。そこで、今回（こんかい）は世界（せかい）の選挙事情（せんきょじじょう）について調（しら）べてみました。投票（とうひょう）の仕方（しかた）はその国（くに）それぞれに違（ちが）いがあり、とても興味深（きょうみぶか）いです。みなさんの国（くに）ではどんな風（ふう）に投票（とうひょう）しますか？日本（にほん）と同（おな）じですか？それとも全（まった）く違（ちが）いますか？よかったらコメント欄（らん）で教（おし）えてください。I learned about how elections work in Australia after one of my students there helped out during an election. I was surprised at how different the voting system is compared to Japan. So, I decided to research how elections are held around the world. Each country has its own unique way of voting, and it’s really fascinating. How do people vote in your country? Is it the same as in Japan, or completely different? 来月（らいげつ）からとらがマレーシアに行（い）くため、ポッドキャストが2人（ふたり）でできなくなってしまいます。そこでとらの代打（だいだ）として、とらのお父（とう）さん「インドネシアおじさん」を考（かんが）えています。今回（こんかい）はとらが都合（つごう）が悪（わる）く収録（しゅうろく）できなかったため、急遽（きゅうきょ）インドネシアおじさんと収録（しゅうろく）し、その出来栄（できば）えを試（ため）してみました。トピックとして、自動車業界（じどうしゃぎょうかい）で働（はたら）く人（ひと）としてトランプ大統領（だいとうりょう）の自動車関税（じどうしゃかんぜい）をどう考（かんが）えているのかを聞（き）いてみましたが、想像（そうぞう）していたのとは少（すこ）し違（ちが）う回答（かいとう）が来（き）ました。初（はじ）めての収録（しゅうろく）なので、あまり上手（じょうず）に話（はな）せていないかもしれませんが、「おじさん」の感想（かんそう）などあればぜひぜひお待（ま）ちしております！Since Tora will be going to Malaysia next month, we won’t be able to record the podcast together for a while. So, we’re thinking of having someone fill in for him—his dad, a guy we’re calling “the Indonesia guy.”This time, Tora wasn’t available to record, so we quickly put together an episode with the Indonesia guy to see how it would turn out.I asked him, as someone who works in the automotive industry, what he thinks about President Trump’s auto tariffs.
