Information gets withheld. Tasks get delayed. People try to “protect” my time…without asking. And that’s not support. That’s misalignment. I’m talking about why this creates confusion, missed deadlines, and unnecessary emotional labor (especially for women in leadership) and the difference between asking for help and simply being transparent. We’ll get into what real support actually looks like: clear roles, honest communication, and truth shared with respect.
