About this episode
The episode features marathon stories from various guests, discussing their experiences and challenges during races.
Welcome to Week Four of our "Here Comes The Run" series. We've been inundated with your incredible marathon stories so we thought we'd get some of you lovely lot on for another episode to share the joy.. and pain! This week we hear from Gab Stone - Harry Judd's training partner - as he tells us his story of having the perfect build up and how it all went wrong on the day, what a readiness score is and how to bounce back from a tough race - in this case, Gab is doing 30 marathons in 30 days! We also speak to Stacy who ran her first London Marathon and says she's never experienced anything like it. Maybe that's the free steak talking though. PLUS, David who ran it for his second time but encountered an injury tells us that costume spotting got him to the finish line! We've got the minute challenge and it's Thommo this week so LISTEN to find out what his favourite training session is and hopefully he can inspire you too. We are going to keep that marathon theme going over the next few weeks. We want to hear your stories. Send us a video telling us about your marathon journey and we will feature it in the podcast and on socials and the YouTube Channel. AND we’ve got some amazing…
