Step 5: Learn from the Garden (2:8–15) A healthy church flourishes when men and women joyfully embrace God’s good design, trusting that His ordered roles are not restrictive but life-giving. Step 1: Trust God's Authority | Guard the Gospel (1:1-7) Everything rises or falls on this. The church does not invent doctrine; it receives, protects, and passes it on. Tolerating false teaching is pastoral malpractice, not kindness. Step 2: The Law Serves the Gospel (1:8-11) The law exposes sin so sinners see their need for Christ.
