Hive Digital Technologies CEO Aydin Kilic joined Steve Darling from Proactive to discuss the company’s upsized $100 million private offering and how the capital will drive its expansion into high-performance computing (HPC) and AI infrastructure. Kilic highlighted strong investor demand for the financing, which was increased from $75 million to $100 million and structured with a 0% coupon—an indicator, he said, of market confidence in HIVE’s strategy. He described the capital as “rocket fuel” to support the company’s aggressive growth plans. HIVE has already demonstrated rapid execution, bringing 300 megawatts of capacity online in Paraguay within six months and scaling its Bitcoin mining operations from 6 to 25 exahash.
