Meet Joshua Freedman, a globally recognized leader in emotional intelligence and the CEO and co-founder of Six Seconds, the world's largest emotional intelligence network. He speaks about his life experiences and gives sage advice about what our feelings are actually saying. He just published his eighth book called EMOTIONS RULE. We are truly inspired by Joshua and his lessons.

Grief can be overwhelming. It hits us all, whether we are 8 or 88. In this episode, we will meet Lisa Robinson, the grief counsellor who helped our family at our lowest and most vulnerable time. She will guide us through techniques and coping mechanisms that can help us as we grieve. We will also be serenaded by the dynamic sister duo of Abby and Sarah. Beverly and I will read our newly published, The Puddle Jumper, a children’s book to help navigate the confusing feelings of grief and loss.

Our featured guests have some key tips and tricks to help us all improve our presentation skills. Neil Grammer, author of ‘At the Margins’ shares game changing advice. His phenomenal book is filled with key components that are extremely helpful. I have already used some of his tips, and can’t believe the difference they make. We are also joined by the extremely talented Michelle Newman, co founder of Spotlight Academy. Michelle will coach us on amplifying voice techniques and ways to boost our confidence. She will be joined by one of her sensational students and Project Give Back alum Judah Davidson, to perform a song for us. This week’s theme is all about seeing beauty all around us, through a unique lens. You will meet epic photographer Neil Dankoff. Dana Geall will share her newest children’s book with all of us, called ‘See Me for Me’. You will also be inspired by this week’s Shining Star, the very talented Tic Toc star Julia Slater. Of course, Lindsay is back with us for Kindness Corner.
