| 5/17/26 | ![]() "I turned Everest Into a 13,000km Triathlon" - Mitch Hutchcraft on being Limitless | In this episode, I sit down with record-breaking endurance adventurer, former Royal Marine and author Mitch Hutchcraft.Last year, Mitch completed a world-first 13,000 kilometre journey from the English Channel to the summit of Mount Everest.Allow me to break the absurdity of that down for you:He swam the Channel. He cycled across 18 countries. He ran hundreds of kilometres through India, and then - and only then - did he climb the highest mountain on Earth. We talk about ADHD, grief, losing his dad at 20 - and the promise Mitch made to him, the mindset behind extreme endurance, and why he believes most people massively underestimate what they’re capable of.This is a conversation about possibility, purpose, suffering, discipline, and redefining what “impossible” truly means. If you enjoy this conversation, please subscribe wherever you watched or listened.=====Interviews that might just change your life. And if not…? You’ll probably enjoy them anyway. While we're all trying to be better versions of ourselves, this podcast asks: 'what's truly possible?'Project Possible, hosted by me, Rich Leigh, explores this with incredible guests from the world of business, sport, entertainment and academia.Between the second and third series, I made the decision to go full-time on this show.I sold my successful 10 year old PR agency after my youngest brother Jordan took his own life. I realised that I needed to run towards passion and purpose, and my dream of sharing positivity and possibility as a career - this podcast is my effort to do just that. | 5/14/26 | ![]() "I hated who I saw in the mirror" - Fit in Midlife's Jason Smith | Jason Smith is a fitness coach, cover model and the founder of Fit in Midlife. At 49, Jason was drinking 2 to 3 bottles of wine a night, struggling with his health, and convinced his best years were behind him. He felt stuck, isolated, and like life had quietly passed him by.Then something unexpected happened.A simple post online triggered a complete shift in how he saw himself… and what was possible.Within months, he lost over 20kg, reversed serious health issues, and rebuilt his life from the ground up. He's since been on men's fitness magazines as a cover star, and continues to inspire hundreds of thousands of his followers on social media. In this conversation, we talk about loneliness in midlife, alcohol as a crutch, identity loss, and why so many people feel it’s “too late” to change. Jason explains what actually works when it comes to getting back in shape, why most fitness advice is overcomplicated, and how small daily actions can lead to massive transformation. This episode isn’t really even about fitness. It’s about starting again, when you think you it's too late.If you enjoy this conversation, please subscribe wherever you watched or listened.=====Interviews that might just change your life. Wonka… nobody could ever accuse Paterson of playing the same character twice. We talk about what success actually means after a long career in acting, why he’s never chased fame, and how he measures success on his own terms. | 5/3/26 | ![]() “I was on fire, trapped in a burning tank… and nearly stayed” - Karl Hinett | I was lucky enough to sit down with adventurer, long-distance athlete and all-round inspiration Karl Hinett. At 18 years old, Karl was deployed to Basra as an infantryman. During a riot, his tank was attacked with petrol bombs. Trapped inside, he was engulfed in flames. He describes it as feeling like he was underwater, in fire.Karl suffered burns to 37% of his body and was given a 20% chance of survival. What followed was years of surgeries, chronic pain, and a complete loss of identity. He went from having his life mapped out in the military, to not knowing who he was anymore. We talk about that moment inside the tank, the split-second decision to escape, and the point where he admits he considered not getting out at all.We also get into the aftermath. The isolation, the drinking, the thoughts of not wanting to be here anymore - and how his nan helped pull him back.Since then, Karl has rebuilt his life in extraordinary ways. Over 100 marathons, an Invictus Games silver medal, and a mindset that’s been forged through something most of us can’t even imagine. This is a conversation about survival, identity, and what it really takes to rebuild when everything is taken from you.Follow me on Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/richleighpodFollow Karl on Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/karl.hinett=====Interviews that might just change your life. | 2/16/26 | ![]() How to Be Truly Kind - The AI-Proof Skill That Sets You Apart | If you want to be a better leader, partner, parent, or just a better human being, this episode is for you.In this episode of Project Possible, I’m joined by the Queen of Kindness (OK, I might have dubbed her that...!), Nahla Summers. Nahla is a speaker, author, adventurer, and someone whose life was completely reshaped by grief. After the sudden death of her partner, Paul, everything changed. What followed wasn’t just recovery. It became a mission in spreading the power of kindness, and how it can help us in both our personal and professional lives.Since then, she's:– Climbed Kilimanjaro– Walked 500 miles across the UK– Cycled 3,000 miles across America– And even set a Guinness World Record spelling “kindness” across EnglandBut this conversation isn’t really about the miles. It’s about what kindness actually means - because it’s not the same as being nice.We talk about:– The difference between kindness and people-pleasing– Why real kindness sometimes involves difficult conversations– How emotional intelligence changes teams and leadership– Why human connection matters more than money or status– How to build empathy, even if you didn’t grow up seeing it– And the voice in your head - the one that can either drag you down or pull you forwardWe also talk honestly about grief. About resilience. About how you can grow bigger than the thing that breaks you.=====Interviews that might just change your life. And if not…? | 12/29/25 | ![]() Sikisa: "Comedy's probably saved me" | In this episode I sit down with stand-up comedian and immigration lawyer Sikisa.Sikisa was once told she was “slightly funny”. She took that compliment (?) and has since gone on to become one of the hardest-working and most in-demand acts on the stand-up circuit.Since winning the public vote in the 2017 BBC New Comedy Award, she's starred on Live at the Apollo, Comedy Central Live and many other TV shows, and performed on stages up and down the country - while juggling her day job as an immigration lawyer, and other pursuits including co-hosting the Wrestle Club UK podcast, compering and performing burlesque. Her Fringe show Serving Justice saw her shortlisted for a prestigious Edinburgh Comedy Award, and she's just released a brilliant special on YouTube, Life of the Party. We talk about what it’s like to split a life between demanding worlds: handling complex, emotional immigration cases in the day, then stepping on stage at night with confidence, humour and attitude. She speaks openly about graft, sacrifice, doubt and identity, and why she keeps pushing even when the cost feels real.Funny, honest and full of heart. A conversation about work ethic, possibility and backing yourself.Find out more about Sikisa from the links on her (packed) Linktree.=====Interviews that might just change your life. And if not…? | 12/22/25 | ![]() "Just Watch Me” - Jeremy Lynch on rejection and being relentless | I sit down with Jeremy Lynch to talk about discipline, failure, rejection, consistency, and what it takes to get back up again when you fall down.Jeremy reflects on being just 20 years old on Britain’s Got Talent, overreaching on the biggest stage of his life, and experiencing a very public failure - and why finishing the performance mattered more than winning. We talk about his mindset, his work ethic, and his long-term approach to growth. We get into why motivation is overrated, why systems and focus matter more than feelings, and why most people quit just before things start working. Jeremy shares how he taught himself skills without formal lessons, why learning by doing has been central to his success, and how consistency compounds over years - not months. We also talk honestly about money, happiness, fatherhood, impostor syndrome, collaboration over competition, and the pressure creators put on themselves to “make it” quickly. This is a conversation about doing the work, staying curious, and committing to the long game - even when no one’s watching.Jeremy has launched a new 'focus-first' supplement brand called HP-1.
