| 6/18/26 | ![]() Rand Paul: Anthony Fauci is the New J. Edgar Hoover | No one in Washington has pursued Dr. Anthony Fauci for his potential criminal involvement in the global coronavirus pandemic. The creation of the virus. The funding. The cover up. The silence as the pandemic grew.Paul says he has the evidence that only grows over time and now he just needs cooperation from the Justice Department to seek… justice. The senator recently released some new information that reveals how deeply Fauci was involved with intelligence agencies.Which recently led to Paul even comparing for Fauci to longtime FBI Director J. Edgar Hoover. It definitely wasn’t a compliment.Rand Paul Review is a reader-supported publication. To receive new posts and support my work, consider becoming a free or paid subscriber.Hoover ‘Had Secret Files On People, Pressured People, Gave Money, Threatened to Expose People’During an interview with Newsmax, host Ed Henry asked Paul, “You’ve been dogging about going after Dr. Tony Fauci, and you’ve just released some new documents that suggest he was deeply involved with the intelligence community, the National Security Council there at the Biden White House. What did you learn, and what can we do to hold him accountable?”“Because we’ve talked about this for so long,” Henry asked. “Can we take action now that you’ve gotten these documents?”Sen. Paul replied, “You know, the closest thing I can use in comparison would be J Edgar Hoover, who was in charge of the FBI for 70 years, had secret files on people, pressured people, gave money, threatened to expose people.”“That was J. Edgar Hoover,” Paul said. “And we were so upset by it that we tried to reform it in the 1970s because of what he had done to our country.”On what would have been Hoover’s 100th birthday in 2024, Matthew Harwood wrote for Reason, “Presidential administrations throughout the 20th century—likely fearing Hoover and his secret files—left him unchecked and either actively supported or tacitly approved of his methods. Presidents from Franklin Delano Roosevelt to Richard Nixon found Hoover’s capabilities useful for their political agendas, thus embedding a culture of surveillance and political manipulation that Hoover masterfully orchestrated.”Hoover manipulated the system for his own agenda, breaking laws, pressuring and circumventing some of the most powerful people in government. For decades.Sound familiar?Paul continued with Newsmax, “Fauci was there for 40 years. He was paid more than the president. He abused his office. He had his tentacles into the community. And he basically changed the narrative.”“The narrative that he didn’t want out was that he had funded gain-of-function research and that this dangerous research led to a pandemic that killed 15 million people,” Paul said. “He didn’t want out.”Fauci was fine with what he was doing. Until things began to unravel. So the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) started making up his own reality - one in which he conviently wasn’t guilty of anything.‘He Changed the Truth’The Kentucky senator explained, “And so what he did is he changed the truth. He obscured and covered his tracks, and he got scientists to say, oh, no, this came from the wet market when the science was already known. We have e-mails from him in January of 2020 admitting that it didn’t come from the market, there were lineages of this separate and before the market, and that the marketplace with the unusual animals they eat was an amplifier event. It wasn’t the origin of it.” “He knew this early on and yet promoted a different narrative,” Paul noted. In another interview with Real America’s Voice, Paul elaborated further.Host John Solomon said to Sen. Paul, “I looked at that timeline and you start to understand the master manipulation of Dr. Fauci. He makes all these friends in the intelligence community so that the day when his own experiment blows up in the Wuhan lab, he’s got the ability to bamboozle them.” “Is that what we think was probably going on in early 2020?” Solomon asked. “He was calling on old relationships so he could mislead the intelligence community about what he really was doing?” Paul basically affirmed this.“One of the most incredible timelines, I think, is January 26th or 27th, 2020,” Paul observed. “He’s getting phone calls all day long, but he’s still exchanging phone calls and emails at three in the morning. One of the last ones at three in the morning is to Bob Kadlec, who I didn’t know at the time what his job was, but he was in charge of the committee that oversaw dangerous research. Fauci’s sending him a note at three in the morning.”Dr. Robert Kadlec worked with Fauci at the time the pandemic was emerging, was part of the government’s response to COVID-19 and helped him discredit the lab leak theory.Kadlec would later testify before the House. He told Sky News in 2023 that he would lay awake at night “agonizing” over his actions and those of others involved in the cover up.Paul said, “You must have trouble sleeping if you’re sending something at three. Something must be bothering you if at three in the morning you’re sending him an email that says, oh, just wanted you to see this.”Paul has so much evidence against Fauci on the corruption, crimes, cover ups and more than it would be one of the greatest injustices of this century if Anthony Fauci isn’t prosecuted, given the gravity of how the coronavirus pandemic changed America and the world. But so far, Fauci has been a free man. He’s played the system and bent the rules for his own benefit as much - and probably more - than most federal government actors. The tentacles of Anthony Fauci’s power and his alleged crimes sprawl far and wide. And run through the intelligence community.J. Edgar Hoover would have been proud. This is a public episode. | 1/10/26 | ![]() Allowing Biosimilars Will Change the Game | Americans spend more on healthcare than any other nation. We also have one of the worst returns on healthcare investment in the world. Why is that?Rand Paul knows why: there’s too much bureaucracy and regulation stifling competition. Our flawed approach to healthcare leads to higher drug prices, extended illness, and shorter lives.Paul Wants to Fast-track BiosimilarsPaul, an accomplished doctor, insists today’s science shows biosimilars are the equivalent of highly effective drugs. The difference between biosimilars and brand name medications?Biosimilars, sometimes referred to as “generics”, are more economical for patients. Moreover, biosimilars don’t require arguably pointless clinical studies. The Kentucky Senator authored a bill designed to persuade the Food and Drug Administration to adhere to evidence proving the merit of biosimilars. The FDA took Paul’s advice, implementing reform to reduce costs without sacrificing medication quality.Affordable Drugs Without the Red TapeThanks to Paul’s legislation, the path is paved to fast-track biosimilars. What’s the plan?Paul’s bill streamlines the bogged down process for biosimilar approval. The idea is to eliminate repetitive requirements for clinical studies that waste time, effort, and money. The bill, dubbed Expedited Access to Biosimilars Act, hikes competition, boosts access to treatments that save lives, and decreases medication prices.“For years, biopharmaceutical researchers have argued that new and advanced methods of determining biosimilar clinical equivalence in early development have eliminated the need for late-stage human studies. When a biosimilar proves it is safe, effective, and similar to the brand name product in the early stages of its analytical and safety assessment, there’s no scientific justification to delay access.” – PaulThe legislation removes the across-the-board immunogenicity requirement along with Clinical Efficacy standards and pharmacodynamics requirements unless there is sufficient scientific reason. However, Paul’s legislation does not remove the requirement for pharmacokinetic studies. Why is that?Pharmacokinetic studies are imperative as they serve as a means of demonstrating medications’ clinical safety. If the FDA pushes for even more study requirements, the agency will have to prove there is justification for those additional standards. The purpose? To guarantee all regulatory decisions pertaining to medication are made based on science as opposed to arbitrary government bureaucracy.Affordability is the new Beltway Buzzword of the BeltwayIn the end, Paul’s biosimilars bill centers on healthcare affordability. Removing government constraints in favor of a free market hastens competitor entrance. It won’t be long until biosimilars are available at prices that are more affordable than brand name medications. In other words, government will finally catalyze private sector innovation instead of impeding it.The best part?Paul’s push for modernization and medication affordability expedites the FDA biosimilar process for approval without jeopardizing consumer safety. The right wing’s open mindedness toward biosimilars is the perfect example of how Republicans are the real progressives of America’s political scene. The Democrats, who claim to be progressive, stifle free market innovation and competition, bogging down drug approval processes with unnecessary bureaucracy. It’s quite ironic that Paul, a Republican, is the one who pounded the table for a more progressive approach.Republicans like Paul are progressive where it matters: business, healthcare, and government efficiency.Biosimilars Will Save Us BillionsEarly estimates indicate biosimilar drugs will cut costly medication prices to surprisingly affordable levels. If those estimates are accurate, savings will amount to $38.4 billion every half-decade.The money will be redirected toward paying the national debt, invested in America’s infrastructure, or possibly distributed to taxpayers. “Americans pay too much for prescription treatments because of outdated FDA requirements. This bill would give pharmacists more options, subject to state law, to substitute unaffordable therapeutics with lower-cost alternatives. I offered similar reforms in the past because health care reform starts with giving patients more affordable choices. It’s time we stop letting red tape stand between patients and lower prices.”- PaulPaul’s idea is an obvious solution that Democrats negligently overlooked in favor of Big Government. For that, they’ll likely pay at the polls.Fast forward a couple years into the future and biosimilars will likely be ubiquitous.More importantly, Americans will pay significantly less for medications that greatly improve wellbeing and also save lives. | 12/14/25 | ![]() Ex-CIA Director John Brennan Is The Real Villain | LIMITED TIME DEAL: 60% OFF FOR CHRISTMAS It would make a good slug for a screenplay:A CIA director works with a sitting president to undermine his opponent and help steal an election. When the opposition returns four years later and wins the presidency, heads must roll.Welcome to the show. This screenplay could have been written by Sen. Rand Paul, who saw Brennan as a villain years earlier.Paul was the only Senator who strongly opposed Brennan’s confirmation as Obama’s CIA Director in 2013.“When I filibustered his nomination for nearly 13 hrs,” Paul posted on X, “I never imagined the degree of his deceit. I am proud to have been the only U.S. senator to have voted no.”Paul used the filibuster when you had to pay a price: he talked for 13 hrs in the Senate. That’s how bad he wanted to stop Brennan, who voted for Gus Hall for president in 1976. Hall was a member of the Communist Party. The question becomes: How on earth did Brennan get confirmed as CIA director? Who would vote for a Communist sympathizer to head one of the world’s most powerful spy agencies? After all, once a Communist, always a Communist.Sen. Paul VindicatedChairman of the House Judiciary Committee Jim Jordan doesn’t like Communists or other ne’er-do-wells who seek to subvert the Constitution. In late October, Jordan referred John Brennan to the Department of Justice for criminal prosecution.Brennan is accused of knowingly making false statements during an interview before the Committee in 2023.According to a press release from the Committee, “While testifying, Brennan made numerous willfully and intentionally false statements of material fact that were contradicted by the record established by the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence (HPSCI) and the CIA.”Denying that the CIA relied on the discredited Steele dossier in drafting the post-2016 election Intelligence Community Assessment is a bold-faced lie.Brennan’s claim that the CIA was not “involved at all” with the Steele dossier should land him behind bars. The fact that Brennan said the CIA opposed including the Steele dossier in the Intelligence Community Assessment should tack on some more years to his sentence.According to the press release, newly declassified documents show that:* A CIA officer drafted the annex containing a summary of the dossier;* Brennan made the ultimate decision, along with then-FBI Director James Comey, to include information from the dossier in the ICA; and* Brennan overruled senior CIA officers who objected to the inclusion of the dossier material.Open and shut. Brennan lied to Congress.Federal criminal law holds that a person who makes any false material declaration “shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than five years, or both.”How many times did Brennan lie to Congress? That’s up to the court system to find out. It could add up to quite a bit of jail time for Comrade Brennan. How could Brennan be so stupid?Sen. Paul knew over a decade ago that anyone who would vote for a Communist for President of the United States had to be stupid.Paul has a knack for seeing what, in retrospect, appears obvious. If it was so obvious, why didn’t more people see it then?Rand Paul should run for president. We could use a common-sense seer behind the desk in the Oval Office when Trump’s term is over.Group Think StupidBrennan isn’t the only one in hot water over an attempted coup via the Russian Collusion Hoax.Along with Brennan, “ex-Director of National Intelligence James Clapper and former FBI officials Peter Strzok and Lisa Page were among more than two dozen people subpoenaed” as part of a DOJ investigation into the infamous 2016 Russian Collusion Hoax.Thirty federal grand jury subpoenas related to the “Russiagate” investigation were issued, according to the New York Post.According to The Post’s star reporter, Miranda Devine, it is a “WORST NIGHTMARE” scenario for the perpetrators of the conspiracy to take down Trump. How could the conspirators go so wrong? According to Divine, it was because they never considered the fact that Trump could become president again. They thought he’d be broke, in jail, or so demonized that he’d be forever politically ruined.Put another way, they’d never thought he’d rise from the ashes like an avenging Phoenix. And that’s just what he did.Imagine if Rand Paul had succeeded in blocking Brennan’s nomination over a decade ago. The Russian Collusion Hoax may never have made it out of the gates. Without CIA approval, the coup conspiracy might have been dead in the water.A man with that kind of foresight would make an excellent president. He’s a staunch Constitutionalist who works to protect individuals from an increasingly weaponized government. This is a public episode. | 11/14/25 | ![]() PAUL on MAMDANI: NYC Voters 'Should Have Visited Venezuela First' | In the wake of New York City electing an avowed socialist mayor, Sen. Rand Paul was asked his thoughts on the election results.Newsmax Ed Henry said to Paul on Wednesday, “You know, Zohran Mamdani, after his victory, one of the many things he said was, basically, ‘There is no problem too large for government to solve and no matter too small for government to care about.”“I imagine as a libertarian you have some thoughts on that,” Henry asked.Paul replied, “I think the people of New York should have visited Venezuela first.”Rand Paul Review is a reader-supported publication. To receive new posts and support my work, consider becoming a free or paid subscriber.Life in VenezeulaThe senator ran down a short list of how badly socialism has damaged that country.“When they make everything free, guess what? There’s not much to eat,” Paul noted. “The average person in Venezuela lost thirty pounds last year, not purposely. Gangs in Venezuela guard the dumpsters outside of restaurants to look for food. It’s known for them to kill pets and rodents to eat.”“Socialism doesn’t work.”“That’s what socialism is,” he added. “It’s scarcity. It’s lack of production of things.”Paul said people will ultimately vote with their feet - perhaps running even faster than ever away from a socialist New York City.“So, you know, New York’s going to get what they deserve, I guess, and Florida will get bigger and bigger with all the New Yorkers exiting,” the senator said. The Venezuela comparison is apt. So is any comparison of the mayor-elect to socialist dictators around the world.Because that’s exactly who Mamdani sounds like and whose political agenda he’s pursuing.A Silver Lining to Mamdani’s Victory?Sen. Paul believes New York City voters are about to “get what they deserve” in voting for Mamdani. Is there a silver lining for America-at-large in Mamdani’s victory?A number of people have made observations similar to that of Cuban-American conservative - someone who might know a thing or two about socialism - Robby Starbuck:People who have actually lived in socialist regimes understand just how insane Mamdani’s platform is.This man told conservative social media personality Kaitlin Bennett that he grew up in Hungary which was communist until 1989.She asked him about Mamdani specifically. Their conversation took place in Tampa in the free state of Florida.“I lived behind the Iron Curtain,” he told her. “To want socialism is one of the dumbest things anyone can say.”He believes younger Americans who are attracted to socialism should have to go experience it.“I would literally make it as a college requirement that you would have to go three months to a third world country to actually notice how good you have it,” the man insisted.Maybe Americans who think socialism is a good idea will soon be able to experience it in New York City, and maybe America as a whole will avoid it once it is seen up close and in real life.To Sen. Paul’s point, Venezuela has net negative migration, meaning far more people are leaving the country than are coming in.I wonder why? This is a public episode. | 11/10/25 | ![]() The Government Should Not Be Snooping on Americans | Senator Rand Paul is unequivocally right. The government shouldn’t be spying on Americans. It’s an abuse of power that’s protected by our Constitutional rights. Privacy is outlined clearly for Americans. It is protected by the Fourth Amendment. From the FBI to the Patriot Act, we’ve had enough. The 4th Amendment specifically states that we have. . .”The right to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause...”. This amendment is a foundational quote for privacy, as it establishes a right against unwarranted government intrusion, even though most of it is talking about warrants and snooping on us in our homes.Yet, the government often ignores the 4th amendment. They claim national security to abuse it. They say it’s for our safety. But at what cost?Senator Paul spoke up for Americans on “The Benny Show.”How FISA is MisusedThe government has broad surveillance powers. They use tools like the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA). FISA allows them to collect data. They can spy on communications. This includes emails, phone calls, and more. But here’s the problem. They often target Americans. They do this without warrants. This violates the Fourth Amendment. It’s not hard to see, and people like Edward Snowden made it abundantly clear that we’re being spied on with programs like PRISM. Our own National Security Agency (NSA) paid millions of taxpayer dollars to make sure a private company could spy on Americans without impunity. And Paul points out another key issue. The FISA database is huge. It’s filled with information. Law enforcement can access it easily. They don’t need probable cause. They just need a hunch. This is beyond dangerous. It leads to fishing expeditions. Innocent people get caught up. Our privacy is invaded. This is not what the Founding Fathers of the United States of America intended for its citizens.Who is Really a Domestic Terrorist? What’s more, they’ve even called people who stood up to tyranny on Jan 6, domestic terrorists. They’ve called people who called out COVID domestic terrorists. All they have to do is label you one, and all your privacy rights disappear. The government argues it’s necessary. They say it’s to catch terrorists. They claim it’s for national defense. But Paul disagrees. He says you can spy on foreigners. That’s different. There’s no constitutional protection for them. But Americans have rights. These rights must be respected. The government should get warrants. They need to present evidence. Judges should decide. This is how it’s supposed to work.Spying on Americans Isn’t Right: Abuse of PowerPaul is not alone in this fight to protect our 4th Amendment Rights. Others agree. The Patriot Act is a prime example. It expanded surveillance powers. It was passed after 9/11, but then abused again and again to snoop on Americans’ private lives. One could argue that 9/11 was carried out, at least in part, to give the government more control over its people. They people THEY should serve. As The LastRefuge on X points out, TSA was created to follow our whereabouts, the FBI can surveil at will, with no warrant, and other agencies within the government can threaten citizens with jail or worse since 2016 and the Patriot Act. Our voices are not meant to be heard, but to be observed so that we can be controlled like animals in a cage.Privacy is not just a legal issue. It’s a moral one. Americans deserve trust. They deserve respect. The government works for us, not the other way around. When the government spies on its own citizens, we’re inches away from becoming an Orwellian dystopia, and we’re already 80% there. This is not a free society. It’s a surveillance state.Paul’s message is simple. Protect civil liberties. Don’t sacrifice them for security. Both can coexist. You can fight terrorism without spying on citizens. It’s about balance and ethics. The government shouldn’t be snooping on Americans. Privacy matters, and it’s a Constitutional right. Even the Patriot Act should be repealed. The government must respect our privacy. It’s not just a suggestion. It’s a requirement. It’s what makes America great. This is a public episode. | 10/29/25 | ![]() Illegals Are Voting In Blue States | Rand Paul nailed it in an interview on the Clay Travis and Buck Sexton Show: Illegal aliens vote in our elections, especially in Blue States like California. The conversation was focused on the Schumer Government Shutdown and the Left’s demand that illegal aliens be provided with healthcare on the taxpayers’ dime.Leftists are all over the airwaves claiming that conservatives are liars when they claim that illegal aliens get government health care. After all, it’s illegal, right? So what? Leftists don’t follow the laws that don’t suit their purpose—seizing power by whatever means possible. To illustrate the point, Sen. Paul pointed out that illegals have and do vote in U.S. elections, even though it is against the law.Paul makes a larger point without saying it: the Left caters to illegals in the hopes that the illegals will return the favor in the voting booth. What other reason would explain why the Biden administration opened the borders wide to allow 14 million illegal aliens to stream into the country by 2023?It’s not just another conspiracy theory by unhinged white supremacist Nazi fascists. It is a fact.A Real Threat To DemocracyAllowing illegal aliens to vote in American elections is a very real threat to our country. You’d never know it if you’re tuned-in to mainstream media. It’s a crime that goes underreported because the Left wants it that way.Mainstream media has and continues to be the propaganda arm of the Left. They report what they are told to report. It’s nothing new.In 2022, the Immigration Reform Law Institute (IRLI) reported:Noncitizen voting has become a priority agenda item for the anti-borders Left, right up there with blocking wall construction, advocating sanctuary laws, and counting noncitizens in the U.S. census. The motivation should be obvious by now. A large pool of noncitizens, most of whom have no understanding of America’s founding principles, can be easily swayed to vote a certain way in critical races. At that point, the floodgates can be opened for a slew of radical laws that most Americans would not support.Federal law prohibits noncitizens from voting in federal elections, but there is no such restriction for state or local elections. The activists have sought to exploit this gap as a first step to normalize noncitizen voting. And there you have it. Plain and simple in black and white. The Left plans on using illegal aliens to change laws at the grassroots level. The IRLI pointed out that deep-blue states such as Vermont, California, and Maryland allow illegal aliens to vote in local elections. The New York City Council went so far as to pass a law giving “alien residents” the right to vote in city elections. A state court later struck the law down. The Left never sleeps. It searches out chinks in the law and exploits them like termites gnawing away at the foundations of a house. In this case, the house is the United States of America.Don’t Let The Numbers Fool YouThe Biden administration willfully broke federal laws on immigration daily. What would stop them from breaking laws prohibiting aliens from voting?According to The Heritage Foundation, the Biden era “catch and release” program violated “8 USC 1225’s requirement of mandatory detention for illegal aliens.”“Its ‘mass parole’ program for Cubans, Haitians, Nicaraguans and Venezuelans violates 8 CFR § 212.5’s requirement of parole being used only on a case-by-case basis.” “Its deportation protocols focusing only on arresting illegal aliens deemed to pose a threat to public safety or national security, or who recently crossed over the border illegally violates 8 USC 1227’s deportable alien’s criteria.”Anyone who has eyes to see can see it: The Biden administration encouraged illegals to come into the country by droves. They didn’t give a hoot about laws–federal or otherwise.None of it would make sense unless the Leftists were willing to ignore laws prohibiting illegal aliens from voting as well. There’s no other plausible reason to allow a flood of illegal immigrants into the country. The illegals are of no use to the Left unless they vote. When they do vote—and they do—the Left is banking on them to vote for them. Why else give the free healthcare, free housing, free food, and all the rest?Numbers don’t lie.According to The Heritage Foundation, in Virginia, “more than 11,000 aliens were initially listed on the state’s voter roll within the past decade.”“In New Jersey, at least 616 known aliens ended up in the state’s voter registration system just a few years ago.”“Since 2021, nearly 200 aliens were initially on voter rolls in Arizona.”Yes, the numbers are relatively small compared with the general population. Don’t let that fool you. The numbers reveal the Left’s game plan. For one thing, “alien voting is not limited to one individual state or region. For another, alien voting has spanned years and is not limited to one election cycle.” Illegal aliens voting can change the outcome of close elections, especially in local races where turnouts may be just a couple of thousand votes.“Given the lack of verification of citizenship of those registering to vote, the problem is no doubt worse than these numbers would indicate, since election officials seem to find out about aliens on the voter rolls almost by accident.”Who knows how many they’d find if they actually looked?Something’s rotten in America: It’s called The Left.Just The FactsThe next time you hear a Lefty calling the Republicans liars, there’s a good chance they’re the ones who are spewing the lies. It’s called gaslighting, and it’s the Left’s weapon of choice. When Leftists claim they are not seeking to fund healthcare for illegals with the government shutdown, they’re lying. Here are the facts:* FACT: Democrats’ proposal would result in nearly $200 billion spent on healthcare for illegal immigrants and other non-citizens over the next decade — enough to fund the entire Children’s Health Insurance Program.* FACT: Democrats’ proposal would once again allow those improperly granted asylum and parole under Biden’s open borders scheme to receive Medicaid.* FACT: Democrats’ proposal would require Medicaid to pay more for emergency care provided to illegal aliens than it does for American patients who are disabled, elderly, or children.* FACT: Democrats’ proposal would allow California to continue exploiting a loophole to fund Medicaid for illegal aliens.* FACT: Democrats’ proposal would reinstate a special Obamacare subsidy for non-citizens—for which low-income American citizens are not eligible.* FACT: Democrats’ proposal would repeal a generational $50 billion investment in rural healthcare.* FACT: Democrats’ proposal would take Health Savings Accounts away from ten million American citizens. The fact is that the Democrats don’t care about law and order. They don’t care about American citizens. They only care about power. They are consumed by it. They will do anything to get it.Thank goodness they’ll have to go through patriots like Rand Paul to achieve their goals.Stand strong, Rand Paul. America is counting on men like you to stop the Left. | 10/28/25 | ![]() Rand Paul Says "NO" to Reckless Budgets | RAND PAUL: One of the things I liked about President Trump was that he opposed regime changes during the first Iraq war and in Libya. Both of those pursuits cost us trillions and led to decades of violence, instability, and chaos.RAND PAUL: Washington’s spending addiction is out of control. I refused to support the $2T GOP deficit or the $3T Democrat deficit. I don’t want a shutdown, and I’ll support legislation to ensure our troops are paid, but I won’t rubber-stamp reckless budgets from either party.Rand Paul Review is a reader-supported publication.
